casacore-tools software package provides Tools built with CASA, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install casacore-tools
casacore-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the casacore-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep casacore-tools *
You will get with casacore-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
